Information management
We collect only what you share or what’s already publicly available: contact information, area of interest and preferred contact method.
How information is used
To respond to your request and to provide and support any services that follow, including by phone or text if you choose. We never sell your information.
Our commitments
No cookies, no ad tracking, and no AI processing of requests. Do Not Track is honored by default. We use Cloudflare to screen site traffic for bots by checking network identifiers, which are never stored with your request.
Trusted providers
Our site is hosted by Cloudflare, which also protects our form (Turnstile privacy addendum) and counts visits without cookies. Our email provider handles our correspondence.
How long we keep it
- Requests: 24 months, unless we begin working together. You can request deletion through our contact form.
- Client records: for the length of our engagement plus 6 years, for tax and contract records.
- Outreach contacts: our communication respects stop requests. After that, an email address is part of our do-not-contact records. You can request deletion through our contact form or by email.
- Newsletter: managed by our newsletter platform, until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
To ask about, update or delete your information, email hello@bravoprotocol.com with “Privacy request” in the subject, and we’ll respond within 30 days. To opt out of our emails, reply “unsubscribe” to any of them.
Updates
This site is for businesses, business professionals and individuals 18 or older. Any changes will be posted here with a new date.
